I have a little place I go when I need some quiet time. I can take the kids and they wander off to do their thing, it's outdoors and there's lots of plants and animals. It's out the back of no where, I can get retail therapy if I need it and I always leave having learnt something new.
New Leaf Nursery is located at 224 Powderworks Road, Ingleside and if you're into backyard poultry, permaculture or just gardening in general then you need to treat your mind body and spirit and take a trip out to Ingleside.
These pics are from the International Permaculture Day they held in May. It was a beautiful day, we left with a free sunflower potted in handmade newspaper pots, loads of handy information and three guinea pigs! What can I say, I'm a sucker for a little creature that needs a home.
