Kids clothing stalls at trade fairs don't usually pop up on my radar, however these guys Heavenly Creatures, had the cutest stand, wish I could have taken a picture! The cloths I've featured here are their summer 2012 range so make sure you visit their site in a few weeks to view their autumn/winter range which was so rich and textured and full of patterns, imagination and thought.
They really did sand out in a sea of bright predictable colours that seem to be dominating our visual senses at the moment. I know, I know it's all to do with the global recession and colour lifting our spirits and bringing vibrancy, energy and vitality into our lives, which politically and economically are looking pretty grey. But does everyone have to do it?
I think that may have been a flash back from a paper I wrote at uni in the 90's, in the middle of the last recession. Thing really do go around...
