These divine Tumble lamps by Dino Sanchez are handcrafted by local Massachusetts craftsmen & women. They are turned out of solid ash and are made to sit upright or "tumbled" on their side. They are minimal in form and may appear simple, but this means there is no room for error and they must be perfectly executed. View their other designs here, my favourite is the "Stack" lamp

We're about to put a prefab "Pod" designed by Rod Bowry on the front of our house. It's very simple and very green in design. I'd love Mr & Mrs White to do our bedroom furniture, wardrobe and my new studio work bench and storage. Their pieces are stripped down to essential design elements of shape, form, function, aesthetics, they embody the clean forms of minimalism, with the smooth wood surface and for me, wood, even in this simple form, adds so much warmth and life to a room. Hope they'll say yes! They've just installed a front counter in a I Am Kidz in Avalon, if you're up that way sneak a peak.

Is bamboo classified as a wood or a weed? I'm sure it's wood, a good excuse either way to include a little fetish I have, the Peacock Chair. Yes it's very Stevie Nicks and that kinda makes sense because I have a little obsession with her whole style.
