I've had such a great response from my macrame plant hangers over the past month or so I thought I'd post a few more images for all those interested in the various colours and designs.

The fluoro lime one below was for Pony Rider pop up store in Avalon, which also stocks the colours above.

Loving my new macramé addiction. I've been selling quiet a few which is great. They're currently in Pony Rider's pop up store in Avalon, Desire Books in Manly and Pulp at Balgowlah. And you can get them from me anytime.

While I was at Pulp a few weeks hanging my macrame... I couldn't help but take a few snapshots of the irresistible new products they have in store right now. Crocheted cactus by Red Tractor, patterned paper tape from MT, handmade dolls with crocheted capes from Down to the Woods, Mexican paper flowers, delicate French handmade paper garlands, coloured pencils by Lyra, mugs Littlephant.

New Zealand by campervan

School holidays just passed we decided to do a campervan trip around the middle of the North island of New Zealand. We landed in Auckland and headed in a clockwise direction through to Thames, Matamata (Hobbiton), Rotorua, Lake Taupo, Raglan, Hamilton and back to Auckland.  Here are a few pics of our 7 day adventure.

I taught myself how to macrame a few months ago and I haven't stopped. Sabina saw them and asked me to make a few for Pulp. First day of spring they appeared in the front window. They're made from 6mm rope, are around 1.5m in length and come in black, red, acid yellow, green and blue. The fluro pink one is 10mm rope, around 1.8m in length and a little more expensive. If you would like one you can visit Pulp or contact me here. They range from $60 - $85.

Emily Green

Treated myself to a cute little handmade pair of earrings from Beatie Lanser. They're made by Melbourne designer Emily Green.

My birthday is coming up and I want a watch. Ideally I'd love an automatic, self winding or manual one. Having to replace a battery is just boring and frankly its a task that falls to the bottom of my to do list. Now, winding a watch or even better, just moving my arm is a synch and I recon I could managed that easily each day. So sweet man o'mine, here's a list of the ones I like the look of, it's your job to find a battery-less one!
